Hi, I’m Jennifer
If you’re here, you’re likely ready for clarity in what’s next.
This is the work I do with women like you.
My mission is to help women reconnect to themselves so they can trust how they think, make decisions, and move through their lives with clarity.
Most women I work with aren’t struggling because they’re incapable.
They’re highly capable, self-aware, and used to figuring things out.
They’ve learned to push through, carry the weight, and keep showing up.
And at a certain point, they start to notice something is shifting.
They find themselves questioning their decisions, holding back, or moving forward in ways that don’t fully align with who they are.
My work is about helping you reconnect to that steady part of yourself, so the way you think, decide, and move through your life reflects you.
I’m Jen, and at one point, I realized I was moving through my life in ways that no longer felt aligned with who I am.
From the outside, everything looked successful. I knew how to lead, how to perform, and how to keep moving forward.
But over time, I started to notice a shift.
Decisions that once felt clear started requiring more thought.
I found myself pausing more, questioning things I used to trust, and becoming more aware of how I was showing up.
That awareness is what changed everything.
I spent over two decades in high-performance corporate environments, leading at multiple levels from sales to senior leadership and executive-facing roles.
Throughout my career, I was known for my ability to lead, perform, and deliver results. I worked closely with senior leaders and decision-makers, navigating high-stakes environments where clarity, confidence, and execution were critical.
But behind that success, I experienced firsthand what it felt like to begin operating in a way that no longer felt like me, questioning decisions, overriding instincts, and no longer recognizing how I was showing up. That experience is what shifted everything.
At the same time, I stepped into entrepreneurship and built an assisted stretching studio, where my passion for embodiment deepened. It was there I saw firsthand how patterns don’t just live in the mind, they show up mentally, emotionally, and in the body, shaping how we move through our lives.
My work is further grounded in my background in kinesiology, the study of human movement and how the body functions, along with my coaching certification through iPEC. There was a point where I felt a clear pull toward this work because I had lived what I now help others navigate.
Today, I bring all of that together, real-world leadership experience, an understanding of how patterns show up mentally, emotionally, and physically, and a depth of lived experience to help women who sense something isn’t fully aligned understand what’s driving how they think and decide, so they can lead, stay, or pivot with clarity.
Outside of my work, you’ll find me…
Spending time near the water, where everything feels quieter
Moving my body in ways that help me reconnect, whether that’s yoga or stretching
Playing pickleball and being outside as much as possible
Drawn to simple things that create a sense of calm & presence
Watching my son play baseball and being fully present for those moments
Appreciating space to think, reflect, and just be
